At Brand New Wines, our products are carefully selected, of high quality standards and we always make the effort to assist you according to your needs. To make your shopping experience as easy and smooth as possible we have put together a few points that apply to all online purchases:

1. Applicability

Brand New Wines is a project of Brand New World AG, Arosastrasse 16, CH-8008 Zürich (hereinafter referred to as Brand New Wines) sells goods to business / private customers (hereinafter  referred to as "customer" (male and female form for simplicity reasons) offered in the online shop with the following conditions of sale and delivery (GTC).Prices for supplies and services in this contract are in Swiss Francs, below abbreviated as CHF.

2. Conclusion

The contract between the customer and Brand New Wines is not concluded until the order placed by the customer is accepted by Brand New Wines. The order is made on the Internet and is binding. Brand New Wines accepts the order by providing the customer with an order confirmation via email.

3. Product Range

The information the customer receives during the ordering process concerning the goods is partially based on details provided directly by the supplier and is subject to change. Brand New Wines makes an effort to present and describe the goods as realistically as possible. A slight deviation in colour through presentation on the monitor or a print out can not be excluded. All product descriptions are only available in English. If you are uncertain about an English description, please contact us for descriptions in German.

4. Payment

All published prices are indicative prices that are continuously adjusted to the market. These are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including 7.7% VAT. For customers, the valid prices are always the ones published in the order confirmation sent by Brand New Wines.

5. Delivery Time and Stocks

Products in stock are immediately delivered to the address specified by the customer. Otherwise a written confirmation with the expected delivery date will be sent to the customer.

Brand New Wines works in close cooperation with its suppliers and the inventory displayed in the online store is automatically adjusted.

Should a product nonetheless no longer be available no delivery will follow and Brand New Wines may withdraw from the contract. In this case the customer will be fully reimbursed.

The goods are delivered from Zürich. The Customer will receive a shipment price at checkout. Domestic shipments are sent by Swiss Post Vinolog Service which takes 1 - 2 working-days. As soon as the shipment is released we will send you a notification with a tracking number to the email provided in your order.

Consignments are generally delivered within two working days (Mon–Fri). If you want to have VinoLog consignments delivered to you on a Saturday, you must write a NOTE at checkout, so that we can use the “Saturday delivery” fee-based value-added service.

Free domestic shipping for all purchases over 500 CHF. 

In case that you will miss to pick-up the order or miss the timeframe given for pick-up, we will have to charge you any additional costs related to the process of returned/undelivered shipments. Please contact us if you expect a problem with the delivery timeframe. There are options to prolong the delivery time or to redirect to another address. We are happy to support you getting your goods delivered as fast and simple as possible.

Purchase outside of CH: 

Please bear in mind that you will be charged with customs and import tax/duty fees that are based on the full purchase price, including freight. These are charges we can not prevent. Any additional costs during the import process for customs, clearance and compulsory taxation at the delivery address specified by the customer will be borne by the customer.

The specified delivery times outside of CH are to be understood as a reference and cannot be guaranteed by us.

6. Payment

Brand New Wines accepts credit- and prepayments. Credit Card payments are handled through our payment provider Stripe. We also enable payment with Twint. Payment is due at the order confirmation by Brand New Wines.

7. Return Policy

Our respect towards beautifully thought out, unique products is high and we encourage a conscious approach to the pleasures of consuming them. We therefore kindly ask you to choose well and order thoughtfully to simplify transactions and support our intentions regarding sustainable commerce within the industry. 

We do not accept returns of wine. All sales are final.

8. Warranty for Defects and Liability

If you find that a wine is corked or otherwise damaged, please notify us immediately by sending a picture of the bottle to sales@brandnewwines.com. We will then send you with a discount coupon code for your next order in the value of the damaged wine.

Brand New Wines is not liable for damages that are caused by incorrect use or for damage not caused to the delivery itself (consequential damages).

9. Intellectual Property

Brand New Wines reserves all rights for any design, text or graphics on their website. Copying or any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of it requires written permission (via email) by Brand New Wines. All other trademarks, product names, company names or logos quoted on this website are the property of their respective owner.

10. Data Protection

Brand New Wines ensures the adherence of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal regulations whilst processing and using personal data. The accumulated customer data during the ordering process will only be used for internal market research purposes. A transfer to third parties occurs only for order processing and shipping and is absolutely necessary for proper service and delivery. The customer agrees to this use of his data.

11. Jurisdictions and Applicable Law

The present terms and contracts concluded under this GTC are subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN purchase right (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Zürich.

12. Final Provisions

The conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time a purchase at the Brand New Wines online shop is made. These terms and conditions apply in particular if they should differ from those of the customer. Brand New Wines reserves the right to changes of these terms and conditions at any time.
